If you’re completing your associate degree this semester, or finished in the summer or fall of 2019, you have the opportunity to participate in the City Colleges Commencement Ceremony for associate degree earners on Saturday, May 2nd at the Wintrust Arena.
However, in order to do so you have to complete a few simple steps, including:
- Confirm your eligibility in my.ccc.edu
- Summer and Fall Completers: You can click on Academic Progress > View Graduation Status to show your expected graduation term. You should see that your degree was awarded for Summer 2019 or Fall 2019
o Spring Completers: Click on Academic Progress > View Graduation Status. It must say that you are Conditionally Approved through March 20th in order for you to participate in the graduation ceremony.
- Order your cap and gown by April 2
- All graduates must order their cap and gown from Jostens in order to participate in their Commencement ceremony on May 2 – this is how you will confirm that you are attending the ceremony. You cannot use a cap and gown you already have. You can place your order here.
