Information for Grads and Guests
On Saturday, June 13:
Arrival: Please arrive at the UIC Forum (1213 South Halsted Street) in your cap and gown by 9:00 a.m. to check in. Enter through the main security doors on Roosevelt and Halsted and go to Room DEF. We will start to line up at 9:45 a.m.
Grad Parking: You can park in either parking lot 5 (1135 S. Morgan) or lot 6 (1135 S. Halsted) if you have a parking pass. You can pick up your parking pass (if you already requested one at RSVP) from your Adult Education Office when you pick up your cap and gown.
What to Bring/Not Bring
Please take a look what UIC allows you and your guests to bring into the building: Bags, Purses, and Backpack rules
The Ceremony
The ceremony will begin at 10:00 a.m. sharp and is expected to end around 12:15 p.m.
Accommodation Requests
If you need certain accommodations like wheelchair-accessible seating, large print programs, programs in braille, or captioning, please contact Emily Anderson at efitzmaurice@ccc.edu.
On Saturday, June 13:
Guest Parking: $10 lot parking and metered street parking is available for your guests. Visit parking.uic.edu/rates for additional parking rates and options.
