Graduate Checklist

Get ready for graduation by completing the steps below.

✓ Confirm your eligibility in my.ccc.edu

To see if you’re eligible to graduate, log in to the student portal at my.ccc.edu with your City Colleges username and password. Then, go to: Academic Progress > Application for Graduation. To participate in commencement on May 2, your status in a degree program must be one of the following: “Degree Awarded” for Summer 2025 or Fall 2025 or “Conditional Approval” for Spring 2026. The deadline for Spring students to be conditionally approved is Friday, March 6, 2026.

✓ Share your “Class of 2026: Bound for Greatness” story

We want to hear about the community you have built at City Colleges and where you’re headed next. Fill out the form by Friday, March 6 for the chance to be featured in our graduation video, on social media, and more.

✓ Order your cap, gown, and tassel

You must order a cap, gown, and tassel from Jostens by Sunday, March 22 to participate in the in-person ceremony on May 2. Any other attire/extras are optional, and all purchases are non-refundable.
